i capital is actively seeking to add to its short-term insurance intermediary operations. The following investment criteria, amongst others, are considered when evaluating potential investments;

· the ability to secure a controlling stake in the business, i.e. in excess of 50%

· the willingness of the incumbent management team to continue to be involved in the business (i capital will not be involved in the day to day operations of the company,
but will assume a strategic role)

· an established business with a trading history and track record; and

· a realistic purchase price
